Defend the view that technology has been either good or bad
for the TV industry.
In my view I think that technology has had a very good
impact on the TV industry this could be due to things such as he production
value of the programmes and films increasing majorly, as this happened the quality
of the programmes and films got better this would make the viewing experience
more enjoyable due to special effects and the general camera movements. This
would make it seem more real and have a greater impact of the viewers. Making more people watch the programmes and
make more money for the industry. Fragmented audiences is also a good point for
the TV industry this is because more people can watch at the same time increasing
the views of the programmes as people can watch n laptops, iPads, phones, ect.
This would make the TV industry have many more views and this would increase
how much the programme is worth. Saying this mass audience has a bad effect on the TV industry as I do not think there is eally a mass audience anymore, this is because not many people watch the same thing all at the same time as there are so many other channels to watch people do not have to watch the same thing making most of the big shows still not have a nmas audience.
