Are all examples of ethnic minority's within sitcoms, in most of the examples the main characters make fools of them selves trying to be cool or superior to other characters in the programme. The programmes represent different ethnicity's which are show in a very stereotypical way which is funny to the viewer. For example in 'Rab C Nesbitt' it is set up north and the main character and all his friends are alcholics who constantly make fools of them selves. When they are trying to be normal and good for once. The relationships shown are that because two people are married means they along to one another such as 'Rab' and his wife 'Mary'.
